Tessellations
Tessellations means to me, a bunch of little images to make one big image. In order to do this I had to open up photoshop and put one of ,y images in this grid thing. I had to zoom up to a portion of the picture them follow the rest of he instructions. I liked how the final product looked at the end. I struggled with getting all of the pictures to not show any white lines. If i would to do this all over again i would try to do it an easier way because this took too long. Mandala Mandala means the same as tessellation but it is less work and it is round. In order to do this i had to do the same steps as the tessellations but it was in a circle and it was easier. I liked how they came out in the end and i liked how much easier it also was. I did not really struggle with anything because it was really easy.

For my food i just took pictures of the fruit i have at home because i was absent the day we did this. To make it look like a professional i just took pictures of the fruit up close. Some businesses that use food photography are the well known fancy restaurants and fast food restaurants.
I learned that portraiture is a hard job and it takes more than a lot of patience to get the right pictures. You also have to look for the right lighting and such. The thing that helped decide on the poses was the paper that Ms.Moncure have us because we had to do those poses. We used the reflector by finding the light and holding it with our two hands wherever the sun was so we could get the reflection. It did help in a way because when we didn't have enough light, the reflector provided more light to the person. To do the retouch in the photos, i had to follow the steps in the youtube video that Ms.Moncure provided. Some positions that use portrait photography are the ones for students, weddings, parties and graduations. The person who is having the event usually hires them. Average Price: $252. Median Price: $200.
People often ask, what is education? Is education really necessary? Do we really need education? The answer is yes, education is necessary and we need it in order for us to be successful in this generation. For us, education is a privilege, it is a very special thing to us because we have a chance to receive free education unlike other places on this earth. We need to take advantage of that opportunity that not many kids have in other countries. With so many different types of education, you can be what you want and make a good change in this world. Education is a good way to express yourself, to prove those that did not believe in you wrong .
The steps i used for photoshop were i put the template in the photoshop app, after that i just added all four of the images one by one. The only step i was unclear about while doing this project was the fact that we had to actually had to look for the letters that match our names. It was hard because you had to resemble whatever you could find as your letter of your name. I was really proud on figuring out how to put my letters in the white layout. The best thing i like about my artwork is the fact that the project came out good. I could have improved the creativity side of my project.
In this picture i am with producer/rapper Dr.Dre. We are at a basketball game i believe and we are just having a small fun conversation. I choose this celebrity because i did not have any other good choice so i just did this one last minute. This is me in the future. 10 years from now i expect to be some type of an under cover cop. I choose this career because i want to help make our community a safer environment. The reason i would rather be an under cover besides a normal one is just the fact that i look normal and can catch any civilian committing or about to commit a crime. 1) downloaded both of the pictures to my desk top and changed the resolution too 300
2)cut the picture of me onto the one im going to put my face over 3) changed the opacity to 60 4) Adjusted everything to it's size 5) saved it https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Fy0ElPqZ6frEhjkovVY1xUcdNo_min2uwUXDYqk__JY/edit?usp=sharing
To photograph the moon:
1. Use a tripod! A flat surface will only allow you to shoot straight, and shooting the moon means that you'll be shooting up and constantly re-adjusting the tripod as the moon moves throughout the night. 2. Use a shutter release cord, remote or the camera's self timer if you don't have one, so that you don't move the camera when pressing the shutter release during a long exposure. 3. Use a zoom lens and zoom in as much as you can to the moon. It's okay if it's not a super fancy lens, this was shot using a 15 year old $100 lens. Focus in on the craters and details on the moon. 4. ISO 1250- 1600, so that you can use as fast a shutter speed as you can without losing detail-the longer the shutter speed, the more chances you have the camera will shake even slightly in the wind, resulting in an out of focus photograph. 5. Aperture priority of f/5.6 since you are not worried about capturing any details other then the moon. 6. Bracket your exposure, meaning over expose and underexpose the photograph from what the camera is telling you. Generally the camera will overexpose the moon, so you'll get nothing but a white blob in the sky. Use the exposure compensation button (the +/- button below the shutter release) and change the exposure to -0.5, then -1.0, then -1.5 and so on, until you start seeing detail in the moon. You may go as far as -5.0 exposure compensation to get what you need. 7. Take a fair amount of photos and keep refocusing as the night progresses. The photographs may look focused on the camera's display, but you won't really see if they're completely in focus until you upload them onto your computer screen. |
